What a place! A calm slice of rural Acholi life 10 mins out of Gulu. Comfortable, clean, and modern rooms, with excellent views over the river and surrounding countryside. A wonderful bar and dining area and a Great outdoor area to relax by a fire or watch the football on a huge screen. The highlights, however, are the peace, quiet, local bird and wildlife, and the cultural activities which seems to occur frequently. Watching local dancers and musicians practice was an absolute pleasure. Already looking forward to my return.

my room was a budget paradise, small, economical but sufficient and yes the breakfast was hot and exceptional, rivals some of the costliest places in this town.

    It was at the mid point to trips to Kidepo. A good stopping point to break up the trip from Kampala Did like the room had AC.

    Staff were accomodating for any issues that arose, breakfast was served on time, located in a gated safe area od rown, convenient to cafes, shops, petrol station. Great stop as a half way to Kidepo from kampla.

    Excellent and very quiet and conducive hotel, fit for the season, right for the price and very affordable. My last minute booking did not take anything away in terms of quality and excitement. I will certainly make another stop at this place in the future.
