(1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.

We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No one was there at all when we got there. There was a guy standing there telling us when he checked in his seating cushions we wet and he is unable to sit down. He had demanded to speak to a manager so the check in lady left the desk and did not return for about 30 minutes.

staff was excellent. knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel in years. The pool smell was not overwhelming. Even the parking lot was clean. thanks!! we would definitely stay there again..
