Every aspect of the Inn, setting, decor, amenities, service, and food, was first rate, befitting the property's history and reputation. We felt very welcome and cared for. The Williamsburg Inn is much better in every respect than it used to be despite the loss of the Regency Dining room as a daily venue for meals. Times change and the Inn has with them but the core values of elegance, comfort, and service remain.

Great location, very nice size room, great water pressure, great breakfast in the morning, and staff were wonderful. Deborah was very helpful with the shuttle to get to Williamsburg to site see. Pet friendly is a plus. Loved it and highly recommend.

The customer service. I was able to add my Hilton rewards points for the stay. The facilities were clean and comfortable. room was very comfortable and clean. breakfast was adequate and tasty. laundry machines all worked perfectly fine. staff were very friendly and engaging. noise level within the hotel were minimal/nonexistent. all other customers were very well behaved and were polite with one another.
