I think the owner said that they spent 5 million dollars remodelling the place, and I did love the luxurious style in the rooms (though perhaps not the toilet in the shower). Very stylish. I was particularly impressed by the HVAC, which is like those in top hotels in its ultra quiet and effective operation. AC units can be so deafening in some motels. This one was fantastic. The room itself was small but spotless. The landscaping around the pool is very attractive. If you have children or valuables, you will appreciate the high security afforded by the solid wall-like 'gate' that is shut except when in use to let a car in or out. I liked being able to park right next to our room. High quality sheets.

    The lobby area is nice, the provided games were a welcome addition to our stay. The number of outlets and usb jacks in the room was great! The walk in shower was nice. The board with tips outside the elevator was a helpful, fun touch.
