    The hotel is located not far from downtown Oak Bluffs and next to a great restaurant pub called Nomans, a bus stops outside the hotel every 15 minutes to take you to either Oak Bluffs or Edgartown. The room was clean and had good and clean appliances for cooking if required, there is also a pool if that’s your thing. A very family friendly hotel and location.

    My 17 years old daughter and I had a terrific stay at this hotel: it is sweet and beautiful with a big porch with rocking chairs, and conveniently located close the ocean. The staff is wonderful and makes everyone feeling welcome. They provide the guests with a lot of extras like fresh cookies and hot cider, beach towels and beach chairs and a great and healthy breakfast. All this made our stay very, very special. We hope to come back and definetely recommend it to people who hope to find peace and happiness during their vacation.

    Very comfortable room, perfect accommodation for family of 5 (3 older teenagers). Nomans next door great food and atmosphere, good place to meet friends. Nice pool for a cooling dip in the late afternoon. Well kept gardens.

    This is a new hotel with great aesthetics and very functional and clean facilities/rooms. It was also great that they allowed 1 night stay, as this is hard to find on the island.
