We loved everything about the accomodation. The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge. The place was wonderful. The host prior to our arrival gave us all the instructions we needed and since it was self-check in and we had lot to see, it happened so that we arrived really late in the evening, so that we couldn't see very well where exactly we arrived, but in the morning when we woke up, it was like waking up in a tropical jungle. The view from the windows is just tropical plants and yard, so it feels very secluded and special. We had the whole house to ourselves, which was awesome. The place is so nicely decorated that I took some extra time to take it all in - wall decorations, paintings, photos. And of course it is very close to the national volcano park which is a huge plus!

Surrounded by rainforest, this lodge features a hot tub, garden waterfalls and koi ponds on the property. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms. Volcanoes National Park is just 10 minutes’ drive away.

The property is perfectly located for the Volcano National Park and for all other things to do in the area. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast served to the room was just great.

It is in a jungel, which is amazing. The terrace was the best, as you can sit in a jungel sourranding you, but be in a comfort, and the best idea to have a kitchen there, outside of the house. For three people it is a bit of compromise, but we had a good company.

Great place to stay at and way above the expectations! Very clean and tidy, a lot of space inside the house, very comfortable beds, well-designed kitchen and even a washing machine outdoors! Exceptional location - short drive to Volcanoes national park and Hilo. Excellent prompt communication. Highly recommend for stay near volcanoes.
