The hotel was simply wonderful Excellent location and a staff that helps with everything. The hotel is not new, but provides a very pleasant atmosphere in contrast to the big chaos of New York. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

Everything was exquisite! From the design to the people working there, all 10 out of 10 - nothing to complain. The room was spacious which is a big plus for NYC hotels, also the bathroom was specious and the shower was just ideal.
