The Inn was a discovery, its history and its 'caretakers'. The location in the centre of town allows you to walk to most restaurants and to easily visit the downtown area. The Inn itself is beyond gorgeous. We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe suite, what a hoot. The decor is charming and beautiful. Our hosts were welcoming and generous with their time, showing us around and explaining the history of the Mulburn. The breakfast, where to begin? homemade sausages, eggs, home fries and the most delicious blueberry muffins. A must visit for anyone who appreciates great service and wonderful surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Allegory Inn. It is the perfect base to explore New Hampshire. Christine & Nathan have worked hard to create a little gem. For a complimentary breakfast l thought it had alot to offer also the staff that did the breakfast was very nice! The girl that was on the desk working that night was very nice and exceptional! I had left a comment about l asked for a king with a sofa bed and the booking said l had an acceptable king bed room and she noticed and took care of that and got me in the right room that l asked for! She also came to the room and asked if we needed any help my friend and l are both disabled she helped my friend with the sofa bed she was so accommodating to anything that we asked her! She is a very friendly and a very nice person! She gave us a very warm feeling and the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly also it makes me want to come back! Which l plan on doing! I was very pleased!
