Everything from the facilities, cleanliness and location was excellent. Special mention must be made to the staff who were tremendously pleasant, helpful and polite during my stay. Huong, Grang, Ngoc, Hoai and Tuyen were all wonderful at reception. The staff on the high floor restaurant were also so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really fantastic, the gardens and surrounding are very nicely done. The pool is amazing and, without any doubts, the breakfast is the best we have ever had (not only in Vietnam). We also enjoyed very much the spa and massages.

I was only able to stay at this hotel for one night due to my own poor planning, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, surrounded by great coffee shops and just a short walk to the Perfume River. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Lâm and N.Anh. From check-in to check-out, Lâm and N.Anh were warm, attentive, genuinely so helpful and very patient with my many questions! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though my stay was so short, they made it feel personal and welcoming. You can tell the staff here really do care about guests having a comfortable, seamless experience, and I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay in Hue, and I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff!!
