Location was great and the staff exceptional. With the help of google translate, we were able to organise a driver to take us out for the day to see the wonderful geological sites, all for a reasonable fee. Nothing seems too much for the staff.

The host was incredibly kind and caring — my girlfriend had an injured leg, and he helped us with everything. He prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, drove us to the doctor, and even organized taxis and buses for us. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the lighting in the room was too bright and white, like in a garage. There was no soap in the bathroom either. The girl at reception didn't speak English, and we only saw her at check-in and check-out. During our stay there was no one at reception, and there was no restaurant service either in the morning or evening. Perhaps our stay coincided with the low tourist season because we didn't see any other guests and seemed like a very lonely place, especially at night. Furthermore, we weren't offered any tours to see the farm or anything. Also, after having been there, a week later they cancelled our stay on Booking, as if we hadn't shown up. This is not the first place in Vietnam where we have experienced that they cancel our stay on Booking even when we have actually stayed at the hotel.
