SingaporeJust came back from Enso Retreat. It was the best experience our family have as all staff are kind and friendly. Special mentioned to Didi who has ensured our stay is as comfortable as we could. She has recommended a few activities for us to explore. She even gave a surprise birthday cake even though we didn't request it.
The breakfast is not too bad, which has all Western and local food.
The hotel shuttle bus is available to bring guests to old town or beach.
Overall is a great stay and we will come back again.
5 star for the staff friendliness and kindness. As this is resort, expect mozzies, and they have provided repellent for that purpose.

MalaysiaTravelled with a toddler and grandparent with mobility issues. Hotel was brilliant in service, could not have done more to help. The play room was small but excellent space for my son to run around, without taking away from the serenity of the main hotel. Reception helped book transport and gave advice. Lovely breakfast. Made the whole trip so easy. Would highly reccomended.
