My stay at this Lá Retreat Villa was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. The villa is very spacious, with a comfortable living space that is big enough for the whole family. In particular, the atmosphere here is very peaceful; just sitting on the balcony enjoying tea makes me feel relaxed. We also pre-ordered a BBQ, and the food was served very professionally and was delicious. I will definitely come back!

I chose this hotel because the location is near the bus station. The room is absolutely clean. Friendly staff. And rent a motorbike in the lobby.

Exceptional rooms. Design is modern but very good, rooms are very big full with windows.

A great hotel. Of all the hotels we visited in Vietnam, this was our favorite with my wife. From the pick up service, the check in process, all the staff are very friendly. I want to congratulate everyone for their effort and especially Oliver, Boby and Hana. It is a new hotel and we liked it because it has very nice and elegant materials. I hope that they always do preventive and continuous maintenance on the exterior and the rooms and prevent them from deteriorating. Because when I return to Da Nang I want to return to this hotel and I hope that the hotel remains as beautiful and the attention of the staff is the same or better. The breakfasts are very good, obviously when you are traveling you want to taste local food and here you find that experience. I had seen comments about the level of English of the staff, everyone makes an effort to make themselves understood and generate connection with the client and that is very important. We loved the services we used, the restaurant for dinner, happy hour, concierge service. The hotel staff gave us a pair of hats for National Day. We still keep them with great affection.

Clean rooms and amazing facilities and pool. Ti was the best! He was so kind and offered me a drink every time I saw him at the lobby. He also helped a lot with my baggage and orders.

The location, staffs and cleanness was very good, check in process was quick and easy, Helen was very helpful, breakfast was reasonable and lots of choices.

Sofiana Hotel has a perfect location near the beautiful beach My Khe beach. It is no wonder that this beach is so famous and also recommended by the Forbes magazine. The 2 minutes walk to the beach and the central location near a variety of cafes and restaurants makes the location optimal for a stay in Da Nang. We stayed in the modern and cosy hotel for 5 nights. Everything that was promised by the hotel manager Vivian during the warm welcome has been exceeded. Vivian told us that they treat their guests as family members. It wasn't just about the careful planning of our stay, activities, great detailed recommendations, making our stay easier and more pleasant in every possible away, about the water and watermelon during the check in in the hotel, the hard working and attentive hotel personnel, it was about the whole experience. We have travelled around Vietnam before the stay at Sofiana, so we have already had some very pleasant experiences and have learned about the hospitality of the Vietnamese people, but the Sofiana stay was different. It was about family feeling, feeling seen, treated as royalty but with perfect attentiveness and familiarity. Vivian is a smart, charming, empathic, multi-talented person with perfect English. She is a perfect asset for every boutique or luxurious hotel worldwide. We were amazed by her skills to keep everything in sight and to complete the amazing hospitality and efforts of her staff. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh, there was a great variety of Asian and European breakfast buffet and numerous vegetarian dishes. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. All in all, we had a perfect stay. When we come again to Da Nang, we are going to stay at Sofiana again for sure.
