The service was especially good, from the moment we booked (a few weeks before going) until after we left the hotel. They were caring and providing help for many subjects (even when they had no interest in it: When I arrived I was sick and they offered to go to the pharmacy for me and made sure I was okay by WhatsApp) The person who provided this excellent service is Emma. She was always answering fast at any time, always finding solutions quickly and providing us best options and recommendations (e.g: for the Ha Giang Loop we were in a small group and staying in small homestays out of town while all the other groups were so many people in big homestays). Andre as well was always very cheerful and had very good restaurant recommendations! The room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was amazing and there was a good TV and AC. And we had a window with the basic room. The breakfast is held on the 6th floor on the terrace with a beautiful view on Hanoi. For our room, it matched the pictures. We highly recommend the place!!

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of the Old Quarter yet very close to main attractions. Amazing staff - super friendly and ready to help with literally anything ; very polite and educated. They upgraded our room free of charge on arrival and even went the extra mile for my boyfriend’s birthday by surprising him with a chocolate fondant for breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and banners! They truly treat you like royalty with 5 star service :) very clean and spacious rooms with daily room service, comfy bed and great AC. Breakfast was also very good with wide variety. Very responsive over booking.com and Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend ! They even gave us a gift at check out!

The hotel is located right in the old quarter which is an awesome location and it has a swimming pool, a gym and a skybar which is not so common within the area at this price!! The breakfast is super good as well and you can combine Vietnamese and western cuisine!

Excellent stay at Amira Hotel. The hotel is about 6-7 mins walk from central (Hoan Kiem Lake) where most of the tourist attractions were; water puppet, train street cafes, etc. It’s at a much quieter street with many local restaurants and spas around. They also had a decent selection of breakfast. Highly recommend to stay at Amira Hotel Hanoi!
