My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff

I recommend this hotel because it is very close to the airport, around 15 minutes walking, and it also looks very nice. You will have shampoo, soap, shower gel, hair comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shoes for home, AC, and a tv with access to Netflix and Youtube. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. The owner is very nice and he can help you with taxi to arrive in the city and he can also help you to book tours. The reception is open all the time.

    A very reasonably priced hotel, great location in proximity to airport - lovely family operated business. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Perfect for an early flight.

    The room was very clean, and there's even Netflix on the TV, and the air conditioning also provides heating (when I was there, it was 12 degrees Celsius and raining). The hotel offers a very affordable taxi service to the city (250,000 VND) and a shuttle service to the airport (100,000 VND). Everyone was very friendly and helpful, creating a good atmosphere.

    Very clean, close to airport. Family run with a very warm welcome and good food. The owner picked us up at airport and even took us back next morning at 0530. And for a reasonable price. We arrived quite late, so just ate in the hotel - food was good.

    This is a lovely, little family run hotel. Very close to airport. A very warm welcome. Owner collected us from airport and also arranged a taxi into Hanoi at a decent price. Breakfast was nice - you go down and sit at reception and they make you a roll with egg, coffee & fruit. We only stayed one night, i think most will due to location near airport. Will use it again for a night on way back. They will also store luggage for you. Great value

    The host was incredible! He helped us figure out transportation from the airport and then to Ha Long. It is a real family atmosphere. It is a very basic room/hotel but the service makes up for it! Our children loved the tire swings and playing soccer with the local kids. It is located on a quiet street near the airport. The restaurant has a good selction and very reasonable prices.
