Beautiful clean room with a balcony. Very good location. Breakfast and evening meal were outstanding. We hiked the Alderweg trail. This was unexpectidly one of the best hotels in the 2 weeks

The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for relaxing as a family. The view was lovely, and everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Martina was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.

The cabin is awesome, the best sleep I got in Austria! The bathroom and showers are very nice, the heating in the cabin works great. The restaurant is beautiful and very good. They have a small shop where you can purchase milk and groceries for the day.

Cross-country ski stadium with another 45+km of cross-country ski tracks is only few minutes away from the house. Rooms are very comfortable, owners are always around and ready to help guests with any requests. There is a shared fridge available for guests, also guests could use shared kitchen facilities if theRe will be such a need. All rooms are having slightly different layout and I have tried 2 different rooms during my 2-weeks stay. One of the rooms is featuring a 'loft' design, it's a 2 level room with a sitting area and a bedroom on the second level. Internet connection was fast and stable. Ski-lovers will enjoy the storage room where they can leave skis and dry their ski-boots after workout. I have not tried breakfast, but I am sure it's wonderful as everything in Haus Kirchmaier. Looking forward coming back togther with my family.

Located right next to the Karwendel Cable Car, cross-country ski runs, and hiking and biking trails, Alphaus Aparthotel is 150 metres from the Pertisau Ski Area and an 8-minute walk from Lake... Wonderful house and nice host. Clean and very well equipped room with good view.

Overlooking the pristine Alpine lake Achensee, the Bergland Hotel offers immediate access to 3 free ski lifts to the Pertisau Ski Resort. Everything. Perfect location. Good food . Lovely staff.

The owners were very kind, welcoming, and paid attention to every detail. Everything was beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The apartments were well-equipped and of high quality. A big plus was the elevator, providing easy access to the upper floors, making the place fully accessible. The common room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. I only have two small remarks: the breakfast was quite overpriced, and the bathroom door was partially see-through, which was a bit unusual 😄. Despite these minor things, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to everyone. A fantastic experience!

Everything was perfect, the room, the wonderful bathroom, the bar, the restaurant, the staff, the decoration throughout the hotel, the gardens, the views, the surrounding nature .... all is fantastic!
