Kind staff and amazing view from the balcony to the Neuschwanstein castle. The rooms were very spacious and nicely designed. We could leave the car in the garage even after we checked out so we had some peace of mind.

First was in 2017 and it was fantastic then. 2nd even better because they’ve added on to their property a whole new 2nd bldg with a wellness spa(sauna, steam and pool). The views are also breathtaking from the hotel. Location is perfect.

She managed to communicate all the necessary information about the apartment and area to us despite us not being able to speak a word of Austrian. Her son was on hand if needed as he spoke good English. She even gave us a parting gift of some local delicacies.

Everything we needed was present and in good working order. Very quiet street. Ability to close all the blinds and enjoy a quiet, dark bedroom was so very welcome. Our host was fantastic, kind, he responded quickly and so professionally. The apartment is a short walk to the center of town. Highly recommended
