The place was so warm and it had a nice atmosphere. Big balcony overlooking to the old city and strategic location for the tourists. Nearby a lot of shops and easy acces to the main streets. It was a pleasure for us to stay there. The staff was really nice and polite.

One of the most enchanting aspects was the collection of coffee table books scattered throughout the hotel—beautifully curated selections on architecture, art, and travel that made me want to stay in rather than explore Brussels. Lounging by the fireplace, sipping their rich coffee, and flipping through these hand-picked books felt like living as a Victorian-era duchess, adding an unforgettable layer to the experience. If you’re seeking a stay that feels personal, warm, and steeped in history, I couldn’t recommend this gem enough.

A luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, this boutique hotel was refurbished in 2019 and offers guests a 24-hour gym with a sauna as well as air-conditioned rooms with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective. However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room). But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. This is the cleanest property I've recently been to!! Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.
