There was a kitchen fully fitted with appliances and staff for cooking you dinner even the dishwasher was there. We weren’t looking for that but was good to have it. The place was so warm and it had a nice atmosphere. Big balcony overlooking to the old city and strategic location for the tourists. Nearby a lot of shops and easy acces to the main streets. It was a pleasure for us to stay there. The staff was really nice and polite.

Guests can benefit from complimentary hot drinks. The appartement was very clean, the beds where comfortable and the host was ready to help us with anything we needed.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. The central space, in the heart of the hotel offers a welcome area, bar and lounge with a fireplace where guests can enjoy eating any time of the day. Reylof also includes a wellness pool and historic courtyard garden with terrace. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing. We were given champagne and we ordered room service for the morning breakfast and it was so good! They don't tell you that parking your car in their garage does cost extra on the website, we found out after we got there. They did take our car for us to the garage so we could go check in and not get a parking ticket since they only have 2 unloading zoned spaces in front of the hotel. They were really wonderful telling us about all the amenities and the only time we ever heard from another guest was when they were using the private lift. The food at the restaurants looks amazing, however we didn't eat there because our kids wouldn't have liked anything, but if we are ever in Ghent again on our own we will definitely book again and go to the restaurant.

This hotel is surrounded by gardens with a pond, a secluded terrace and a petanque square. Firstly, the people were excellent. Friendly from the moment we walked through the door, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooms had everything you need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean . Oh, the restaurant dinner was first class! The lamb was done perfectly and the vegetables were delicious!
