Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge. The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

You can play tennis or golf at this hotel, and the area is popular for mountain biking and hiking. Europe's highest outdoor lift, the Hammetschwand lift, is located nearby. The hotel guests can access the MS Bürgenstock Catamaran as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during entire stay free of charge. Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very special. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. ‏The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh and delicious meals paired with exceptional service. The spa, overlooking stunning views, added another layer of relaxation to my stay. ‏I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

Very nice room, clean and very well maintained. You have all the facilities needed for cooking, and everything is in an excellent condition and clean. The view from the balcony was great too. Warm (and direct) hosting, which really puts attention to details, always happy to chat and recommend where to visit. It is definitely a place I would come back.

The restaurant serves fine seasonal cuisine with many products from local farms. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm. Beautiful location and very peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing for our top floor attic room. Breakfast was wonderful as was the dining experience. Highly recommend.
