Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. I was our first time to Zermatt and the place lived up beyond our expectations. Lovely stay in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and on top of that, friendly staffs. View of Matterhorn from our room is just jaw dropping.

This place has everything that a winter hotel needs to have. Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The property has an amazing location, we asked for a room with Matterhorn view and couldn’t be happier we did. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, this was our favorite hotel in our trip through Switzerland
