Staff were exceptional - exceeded our expectations the whole stay. They were accommodating and understanding of a late check-out due to our trip up to Fronalpstock and hitting bad weather which set us back late for check-out. The lodge was super cosy, comfortable and the facilities - Saunas were exceptional, well needed and our favourite part aside form the hike. The view from our room was sensational.. I could go on and on!! We only wish we had stayed longer.

The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne).

Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge. Everything was perfect. such an unbelievable experience for families and couples. Extremely welcoming staff and great facilities.

Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. The view, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the proximity to hikes and trails in the area, the cleanliness in the rooms. Was a really fun and enjoyable two nights stay.
