In general, the hostel is very lovingly, tastefully and comfortably furnished - with woven art on the walls and a small reading corner, a few board games, a nice lounge with a cozy fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean and is cleaned regularly. There is also a very good laundry service for 10000 CLP. We even stayed a day longer than planned because we loved it so much. :D

Rooms are nice and beds are comfy. In the kitchen there’s everything you need and is very clean, the entire place in general is clean and really taken care of. One of the best hostels I’ve been, really felt like home! Wish I could have stayed more

They were attentive, proactive and very kind to us during our stay. They recycle, compost and looked after the environment, which is great to see. Thank you!

A children's playground is available on site and canoeing can be enjoyed within close proximity of the lodge. Cute cabin with a wood stove for heating. The wood stove worked very well and wood was restocked in the cabin each day. Beds are super cozy with lots of blankets to keep you warm. Great views of the bay. Enjoyed viewing the birds and the bay upon waking each morning. Great hot water shower without waiting for water to heat up. Need a car to get to this location but it is only a short drive to Castro. Nice and quiet area. Would have stayed here longer had my itinerary allowed.

The pellet stove heats the place up nicely. The view from the wall to wall windows is wonderful. Cecila, who delivers breakfast everyday, is very kind and helpful. There is a restaurant next door and other places to eat along the waterfront.

The beach is also ideal for swimming (albeit chilly in Jan 24) and soft sand for sandcastles. Sea kayaking was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and friendly. They have an onsite mini market to help you avoid getting back in the car, but the location is brilliant in terms of seeing Northern Chiloé.
