The staff, Belle, Juliya,Vivi and Joey are super kind and helpful. They are making it a great place.

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

Tianfu 3rd Street Subway Station is positioned an easy 2-minute stroll away. The staff were exceptional. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean.

On-site hot spring bath is also featured. Friendly staff. The manager Wang xiaoyan is super nice and helpful. My kids and me enjoyed our time stay in the hotel. Definitely visit again!

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. Sichuan Gymnasium Station (Line 1 and Line 3) is 2 minutes' walk away and Line 10 is a 5-minute walk away from the station. We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.
