From water sports to evening entertainment, there was something for everyone. **Overall Experience:** NeverLand Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and a friendly atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. I left feeling relaxed and eager to return. The accommodation offers a children's playground. Everything was great and all the people at the hotel just want to make sure that everyone has a good time. The entertainment team does a great job during the day and you'll find a lot of fun activities to do. The heated pool was a plus for me as the sea temperature was not ok to swim. Food was great, a lot of different choices and I enjoyed the local specialities which were very tasty. I will definitely come back in the high season, so that I can enjoy the water activities.

The property is quite spacious, properly planned and the management/service was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly staff. Food was quite nice and has an amazing variety. Room was big and very clean. Sound insulation was very good. Mr. Ayman Hassan has been an amazing assist since day one and fulfilled all needs along side the staff.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. We had a really great time during our winter holiday in January. The weather also was good at this period. Food was better than expected. Every evening a different kind of barbecue. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every problem during our stay was fixed immediately. Excellent for Families

What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

Featuring a private beach area, Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is a 5-star hotel located in Soma Bay. It offers a heated outdoor pool and 2 restaurants. Watersports facilities are available upon request. The property was fully renovated and re-branded in 2019. It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!
