When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. Our expectations when we booked this apartment were very high - based on the fantastic reviews. And… all these expectations were met and even exceeded. Mostly, we loved the surrounding, the comfort of the apartment and the superb hospitality. Charaki is, at least in the low season, a nice and quiet place, perfectly situated between Rhodos city and Lindos. The walk to Agathi Beach is lovely, as is the beach itself. We also loved the pool area, and of course the pool itself. And then the view from the balcony! The sea, the bay, the pool, the rock with the ruins of an ancient castle, the village - all so beautiful. The apartment has all the comfort that you would need, and we found it really spacious. Finally, I have never experienced hospitality this way. Starting with an ice cream when we arrived very late at night, till some healthy fruit just before we left, and lots of nice gestures in between. Thank you for a perfect week!

Me,my wife and my son have had 4 nights 5 days on beautiful Rhodes Island,we booked it through booking.com and I had some questions ask and the gentleman Nikolaos answered and helped for our needs and kept in touch with us,when we arrived apartment was very clean area was clean/quiet,location very close to the old town - new town,there is a super market right cross the road,balcony,hot water,air con all work very well,all around is clean,the Belgian lady was very helpful who does everything about the apartment and the clients, highly recommended we would definitely come back..
