Situated right on a private beach in Faliraki, Mitsis Selection Alila features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Italian, Greek and Panasian à la carte restaurant, Pita corner and as well as a spa... I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything looked newly refurbished and the bathroom in particular was stunning. The welcome wine was a lovely touch and the hotel breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The entire team were so helpful and friendly and really made our stay excellent. In particular we appreciated them holding our bags while we spent the day at the beach before our very late flight home. We were even able to make use of the gym shower suites after our beach day.

Me,my wife and my son have had 4 nights 5 days on beautiful Rhodes Island,we booked it through booking.com and I had some questions ask and the gentleman Nikolaos answered and helped for our needs and kept in touch with us,when we arrived apartment was very clean area was clean/quiet,location very close to the old town - new town,there is a super market right cross the road,balcony,hot water,air con all work very well,all around is clean,the Belgian lady was very helpful who does everything about the apartment and the clients, highly recommended we would definitely come back..
