We are retired and have travelled the world extensively. We know when a hotel is not up to expectations (and have walked out of a couple after just a few hours). This place was exceptional. I just reread the past comments - accept what all the good ones say at face value because they reflect our experience there. Irini was exceptional on the front desk and Elizabeth, who cleaned our room every day, was exceptional! When I read each negative review I wondered if they are referring to a different hotel. If those people were expecting a $500 a night experience they should have stayed in a $500 a night hotel - there are lots to choose from on the island. Having a rental car I found there was always a parking space to return to without having the negotiate the narrow streets of the inner town. My wife’s main criteria is a comfortable bed and a clean room and environment. Mohitero got 5/5 on both. We really enjoyed the gardens and the birds and the peace and quiet. We would have no hesitation returning. It was a nice place to come “home” to after a busy day. The pictures on Booking reflect what was saw while there.

The location is perfect: a few minutes walk into Oia, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The layout of our room made it comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

I'm always happy when I find accommodations to which I can leave a big 10 rate and this one exceeds it by 1000000000000++++++++! This is the best seaside location we've had in our travels around Europe beaches: new, modern with a hint of traditional, island vibes and the best amenities and hosts. The apartments are located beachfont, there is a beach with private sunbeds included when you step out of your room. Rooms have everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, beach towels also, daily cleaning and the star of the show, the hot tub which made the middle of the day and evening even chill, for just relaxing there. This is a family business, Spiros the owner is super friendly, gives the best local insights of what to do around the island and is very accomodating with guests (we asked if we can get an early check because we had an early flight and he made it possible asap, once the other guests left, everyone worked to get it ready for us). Breakfast is offered on site and cooked there, fresh and yummy, you have multiple options; there's also a tiny shop where you can buy souvenirs, nice linen beach clothes and groceries also. I was honestly sad I didnt book more nights here from the begining, we slept great, it was quiet and just perfect. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. All rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the mountain. There is a lot to say why a stay at Arotron Santorini is more than worth the money! First of all, Nadia, George and the whole team are lovely and they do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They help with everything you need, rental car, restaurant recommendations, etc.. The Rooms: We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for 7 days and I guess it’s more than fair in saying: you simply can’t get more for the price at Santorini! When you book a hotel for your holidays you hope everything is like you see it on the pictures…at Arotron you actually will be impressed as it looks even better when you are there! Very clean, very spacious inside and outside and you can enjoy a great private pool. The interior is very stylish and new but also with a typical greek touch, giving attention to detail. The Parking: At Santorini parking lots, proper parking lots are quite rare. You don’t have any problems at Arotron as it provides a huge and nice parking space with only a few steps to your room. The Breakfast: Included in the booking fee and more than you need. Everybody will find something and it’s delicious! The booking of the breakfast is pretty easy, you can just order it via WhatsApp. And if you forget, Nadia will send you a reminder ;) you also have the chance to order some bites during the day when you decide to stay at your private pool for a very reasonable price. The Town Pyrgos: Amazing! A little town and the centre is only 5min away by feet. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars and you will find that typical Santorini flair in the small alleys. PS: there are so many nice spots where you can see a better sunset than in crowded Oia ;) Long story short: You won’t regret your stay at Arotron Santorini, it’s the opposite, you will be pretty sad when you need to leave from there. It’s simply a great place to stay and the warmth of the whole team makes you feel like home.

A recently renovated aparthotel in Imerovigli and within 1.7 km of Archaeological Museum of Thera, Eteoro Suites features a bar, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Me and my husband booked Eteoro suites after a bit of research and the place completely stayed upto our expectation. The hotel has breathtaking views overlooking caldera from front and if you turn around you can see the church bell and entire Imerovigli white hotels village. Being at the edge of Imerovigli cliff and also the way rooms are designed it has a bit of privacy which is rare to find in Oia or other places around. Also our room specially was at a bit of height hence it had great view of sunset and overall too. Coming to the service, Lovey hosts. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Marry warmly. She helped us with our itinerary and suggested us things to do. She also had a list of restaurant recommendation from every part of Santorini. We tried 3 of them and they were very good. The room was spotless clean and had a cute window overlooking the sea. Unfortunately for us it was a bit windy day (honestly not the weather we were prepared for in May) but Petero and Marry made sure we get to enjoy the jacuzzi despite of the terrible cold weather. They made some adjustment to the temperature of the water to be at maximum point that made us comfortable to enjoy the hot tub. The breakfast was served at our balcony and pancakes are must try. I wished we had stayed longer but we are surely coming back again. One thing to keep in mind, it has a bit of stairs and is situated at a short walk from the main road so make sure you ring them up to arrange your luggage pickup. The staff is very helpful.
