The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. The 200-years-old historic listed building gives the ambience of the 19th century. Some of the rooms have views of the Belső-tó. It’s like going back in the past!Wonderful place with a historical meaning. It was quiet,clean,great location within 10 min walk to downtown.The pool is not heated but the water temperature was pleasant for the 35 degree outdoor temperature!Breakfast was good,variety and served in a stunning large room.Best staff ever!respectdfull and helpful

The apartment had absolutely everthing we could possibly need, even small snacks, coffee machine with provided capsules, sugar cubes, tea, instant coffee etc. It's Christmas time and everything is decorated accordingly. Very beautiful. Location is perfect, you just make few steps from the main door and you're on the main square. We're definitely coming back.
