The owners were also very nice and friendly. Very nice an clean beach area, beautiful waters. Food was great, with a lot of dishes you want to try out both Indonesian food and western food types.

The villa serves an Asian and vegetarian breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. We can’t recommend The Secret Karimunjawa enough. The location is absolutely breathtaking – during the day you have stunning views of the ocean, and at night you can sit back and enjoy the stars. ✨ The accommodation is spotless and equipped with everything you need. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Eddy and Patricia. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked, no matter how big or small. They thought along with us, shared laughs, and made us feel completely at home. At the same time, if you prefer more privacy, this is still the perfect place. You can retreat to your own space where the only “disturbances” come from the cheerful calls of birds or a little greeting from a gecko 🦎. Truly a gem on Karimunjawa – we’ll never forget this experience.

Some units also have a kitchen equipped with a fridge and a stovetop. Great host, clean room, excellent air-conditioning. The host was very helpful with arranging ferries, transport, activities and a bike. Definitely will stay here again if I am visiting!

The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at the homestay. In addition to a year-round outdoor pool, Garden House Jepara also provides kids pool. Misnawati & Petteri are great hosts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended if you are in Jepara or looking to transfer to karimun islands.

The resort features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, nightclub and a kids' club. it’s a new hotel and the amenities were great. we enjoyed lounging by the restaurant pool, the massage and our own private jacuzzi. any time we wanted something we approached the staff and they would make it happen. they were always friendly and professional. The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

Facing the beachfront, Alam Kita offers 3-star accommodation in Karimunjawa and features a garden, private beach area and terrace. Located around 1.7 km from Batu Topeng Beach, the hotel with free WiFi is also 1.8 km away from Sunset Beach. Guests can enjoy Indonesian dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. I’ve travelled all over the world, and this was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend it enough. The entire staff knew me by name (they even found out it was my birthday and sang for me and made a special birthday treat for me), everything was located onsite (yoga, massage, even a snorkeling tour that pulled right up to the pier), and the place was just gorgeous. Incredibly kind and generous people. You should book without hesitation

Offering a bar and garden view, L'isola che... Is located in Karimunjawa, 1.1 km from Nirwana Beach and 1.3 km from Pancuran Beach. It is set 3 km from Legon Lele Beach and offers free shuttle service. The bed and breakfast provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Love the hosts - Oni, John and Sylvi are lovely. Its my 2nd stay in Lisola. If only I could stay there forever. Also, the dogs they are lovely, Indy, Bonsay and others - cant remember their names but I can recall their cuteness!

The family-friendly restaurant at the guest house specialises in American cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. We loved our stay at this hotel. Asty is kind and responsive. The food and the breakfast are very good. We recommend this place.

This recently renovated guest house is located less than 1 km from Kanjen Beach and 2.8 km from Pancuran Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Amazing location & fantastic service☺️Regarding the location, it’s built over the sea, just next to a mangrove area 🌊You can jump into the water from the property and snorkel there. They have goggles and snorkels free of charge. The water was clear even during rainy season. We saw many corals, giant clams and even some clownfish. They have kayaks for free of charge as well. We kayaked to Pantai Kanjen, where you can release baby turtles. In the morning, we saw the beautiful sunrise from our window and could hear the sound of the water below our bed. Regarding the service, the owners (Astrid and Tono) were very helpful even before our arrival. They messaged me and offered help to organize boat tickets, scooter rental and other transportation at very reasonable prices. After arrival, the host called Ben took very good care of us, he was very friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. At night he even showed us the bio-luminescent plankton which were visible from the deck. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! No AC, but it was a comfortable stay with a big ceiling fan. No hot shower, but it was not a big issue for us. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Definitely wanna come back!
