The cable car to the beach is 10 minutes' walk away. The property is beautiful with charming, tastefully decorated rooms. The location is right in the touristy, historical part of the town so all the sights are within walking distance. The rooftop terrace where breakfast was served also had beautiful views and the food was excellent. While there is no official business center in the hotel, the staff kindly allowed me the use of their office computer so I could send work emails on my first day. This was a huge help and I really appreciated it since they were under no obligation to do so. We only stayed one night, so we didn´t take advantage of the shuttle bus offered by the hotel to the nearby beach where hotel guests have privileges. I saw many other guests do so, however, and they seemed pleased with the service.

Extraordinary place with a marvellous view on mount Etna that erupted especially for us when we arrived. Stunning view. (ask for an apartment/room Etnaside). Spatious apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable 5 days in the area. Nice swimming pool (not too crowded when we were there end august).

Roberto was available if we had any questions or needed suggestions. He also made sure check in was easy. The location is short walk from the main area. The place was clean and the set up was perfect for us. We enjoyed the patio too. Additionally, my friend left her jacket and Roberto has been working with us on the return. Superior service, clean place and great location.

She was helpful throughout our time and provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, wineries, Taormina, and even an area to go for a run. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained with a great pool and views of Etna. It feels secluded and quiet. Room was great and very spacious.

My family and I booked the Asia room which was great for 4 people, we really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the spacious bathroom. The room was extremely clean and had a great vibe, my dad had a blast watching his favorite soccer derby on the smart tv! Anja, the housekeeper, was the highlight of our accomodation, very helpful and respectful, cooked us delicious breakfast, and offered useful tips to navigate the area.
