We got a whatsup each day and they were asking if we need something. The pool was great, the hotel was very very clean and the location was in a quite place, but still in the very center of Livorno. If you are looking for an accomodation in Livorno, do not hesitate to book Agave in Citta. Better you do no get.

Enrico was a fabulous host who went out of his way to make us comfortable and upgraded our room to a newly renovated room with a gorgeous view. The included breakfast was delicious and made to order. He helped us arrange transport for our bags during our hike. There is a delightful Osteria right next to the hotel. Highly recommend.
