If I could give 100 stars to this ryokan, I would do it! It was absolutely stunning experience in Nagano, the whole family and staff are extremely friendly, kind and polite. They receive lots of international travelers and they understand tourists needs. You MUST book dinners and breakfasts with them! It was amazing experience! On a practical note: rooms were authentic, hot water, heater were reliable. Location is superb, close to the temple and delicious snacks. This place is ideal for alternative travelers interested in local tradition and with the appreciation for culture and history: I wish the owners only the best customers!

The guest house is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The reception was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The hostel is super clean and well-organized. The location is great, close to all conveniences like convenience stores, the subway, and restaurants, as well as tourist attractions. I recommend it.

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 21 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property was in a nice location close enough to Iiyama Station. The hosts were some of the nicest people we have met and drove us to and from the station (6:30am!!). One of the comfiest places we have stayed and hope we can go back soon.

Incredible hospitality, we felt so treated. The team shuttle you around, make sure you're looked after and reserve the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast was really good, it was warm and cosy, and the baths were amazing after a long day skiing. Honestly can thank the guys enough for such a special and fantastic stay.
