The huts are clean, spacious, spaced out, and they’ve made the outside areas really lovely! Beds are comfy and the staff are the best, they couldn’t be better!! Nishantha is so knowledgable and fascinating to talk too, and was our hero when we freaked out at a snake! The focus and dedication to eco tourism is inspirational and other places could learn from Yakaduru! Food is also wonderful, I can’t fault this place!

The safari tour they organized to Yalla Park was the highlight of our trip, allowing us to see the park's main animals up close. The rooms, while simple, were impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed, including hot showers and air conditioning. The lush green surroundings showcased the care and attention to detail put into beautifying the property. We opted for take-away dinner one evening and found ourselves so comfortable and content that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend these guys for an unforgettable stay!

The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

He arranged an incredible dinner for us (his mother cooked) and the breakfast was also awesome. He also played some UNO almost until midnight with us and we talked a lot about stuff in Sri Lanka and Yala especially. The vila is big and beautiful, the rooms are completely soundproof (the massive doors help a lot). Udara also hosts three snakes in a tree in the garden and they are so small and beautiful, and also harmless. He also went with us to a temple nearby and explained the history of it. Absolutely wonderful experience, the beach nearby is 10/10, the food was exceptional even considering how remote the location is in the middle of nature.

We had the best BBQ of our lifes❤️ Silva (manager and guide) was a hidden gem of this place. He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!
