Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

Looked after us and our bikes really well as we arrived soaking wet from rain from cycling there. Be warned there are some stairs inside. Close to the elevator connecting upper and lower city.
