Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

Location was convenient, very close to the tram. Very good Italian restaurant with selective menu. Wish we had stayed there longer.

Responses were quick when I needed something, all kitchen utensils were present. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms and showers were large! Kitchen was huge and had everything. Laundry on site as well!
