We initially booked AHAVAH just because we had an early morning boat tour nearby, but the room was so comfortable and the hosts so welcoming that I wish we could have stayed longer. Ashley was super responsive and helpful from the moment I made the booking, and his entire family is friendly and welcoming. The homemade breakfast was top notch, and they were kind enough to prepare it early so that we could enjoy it before heading out on the boat tour. The facilities were clean and we had everything we could have needed, including a washing machine, mosquito repellent for night (definitely needed), and good wifi. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and comfortable. Kerstin was such a lovely host and helped us settle in and know other places to get things we needed for our stay like taxis and halal restaurants. We would definitely recommend for any body visiting the eastern side of Mauritius.

The tents are built on raised wooden decks and offer views of the palm tree garden. They also come with private bathrooms with a shower. We loved our stay here! The place is amazing, everything is beautiful, clean, and perfectly maintained. The food was incredible, probably the best we had in Mauritius (even better than in some 5 stars hotels we stayed at). We spent two nights here but could have easily stayed much longer. there’s so much to do and enjoy. It’s more than just a place to sleep, it’s a full experience. Highly recommended!
