Top tier service, staff at reception were amazing, beautiful 5 star hotel in great location, excellent amenities. Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. Very kind staff from the guys at the door to the gym staff and room service. Will definitely be back!

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Everything! Huge room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, bathtub with a view, beautiful room decor (rose petals and cake) as a honeymoon celebration, nice breakfast, close to the park and Petronas Towers. We liked it all and the service was great. Our first time in KL and definitely not the last.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, the amenities offered in the room high end and the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was lavish and variate.
