Very conveniently located and we very much appreciated Nina picking us up from the airport at an ungodly hour and for her recommendations for meals and entertainment close by. She is a great ambassador for Tahiti.

At Manomano Lodge, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and specialises in French cuisine. Breakfast and dinner served at the lodge were excellent. I loved having a reef for snorkeling out in the lagoon, steps away from my bungalow. Alexi lead a great turtle viewing. Everything so easy, great staff! Sunset off the beach, awesome!

Vanira Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Teahupoo, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and garden. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This place is AMAZING. We stayed in Vai Iti, which had an uninterrupted view of the sea and it was not visible by anyone; we had COMPLETE privacy and our own jacuzzi and hammock. The property is nestled up in the jungle and we were able to enjoy all the sounds of nature and no people sounds at all. (Due to the remote location, make sure you get a car!) All this combined with the extremely reasonable price and I would 110% stay here again.

Check in time was flexible and late check out was available to meet your schedule. Morning breakfast was very good.
