The dorm was great, very comfortable and so was the main house. You will really miss out if you don't book at Home on the Nile!! I had the Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner and it was a delicacy!! Can only recommend ;) Even when I wanted to move at night I was provided with a trusted Boda Boda Driver. Same for my planned activities. I felt very cared for.

Alan and Robert were very helpful with organising tubing on the Nile, a rainforest walk and a budget safari in murchison falls nationalparc for us. (I need to emphasise, that they don't try to sell their own packages, even though they're operating rafting and safari tours themselves, but really take into account your personal needs and wishes!) Big bonus is the great breakfast, that is freshly prepared by Rosette and Judith every morning. The two of them are two happy faces, always giving you the feeling to be very welcome at that place. They also took good care of our laundry, that was washed (by hand!), dried, ironed and delivered in one day. Thank you very much for making Buutu Nest a home for us.

The cottage is well equipped and beautifully located on the banks of the Nile. 30-40 minutes away from Jinja town, it's close enough to all restaurants and POIs if you have a car. It's so peaceful and tranquil that we're already planning our next visit - would highly recommend!
