The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located amidst the shopping, dining and entertainment on Island at Pigeon Forge, this hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, along with an outdoor lounge area and a firepit. Free WiFi and a continental breakfast are also provided. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. We enjoyed the bar area and all the seating. We enjoyed the live music.
