Allowed an early check-in for no additional costs and service at the hotel is amazing. Super comfortable beds. Great value for money, in the heart of the city. Air conditioner is also super powerful and offers a great escape from the hanoi humidity. They offer spa services, shuttle to the spa, and also organize tours nearby. Wish I stayed here longer and hope to be back again soon!

It is quite literally one street away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and walking distance to almost every possible tourist destination spots within Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything were in order. More importantly, the bed in my executive suite, was extra large and fitted 1x 175cm tall young lady and 1x 183cm tall and really big sized man comfortably. Hotel staffs were even better. They were polite, remembered our names, greeted us every morning the moment we walked out of the lift and before heading out for our day, greeted us when we returned after a long day, and would bring out chairs and even water for us whenever we were just chilling outside the hotel's porch. We asked if we could have our rooms next to each other, and unfortunately, there were no deluxe rooms that were next to each other, and they upgraded one of our rooms to an executive suite, just so that we were staying on the same floor. All in all, L' Signature Hotel and Spa definitely hit it out of the park, exceeded my expectations, and made my stay at Hanoi a very comfortable and memorable one.
