We arrived, coming out of a stressful week, literally in a paradise of silence, gorgeous landscape and the lovely good as well as great wine. The room provided had all you need, a comfortable bed, a fridge, an AC and an outside area to sit and enjoy nature, the view and hopefully your company. The host Fabio is doing all to make you happy and to leave after your stay in the vicinity with the best memories. Remarkable is the breakfast with a really outstanding variety - enjoy.

We truly loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; to us and to our two dogs. They gave us an upgrade and it was a pity we could only stay one night. We had the best value for our money. The surroundings are also very nice .

Well, everything was great. This was the best place we stayed during in our roadtrip around Tuscany. Amazing breakfast with a great view. It’s located in a place where we can rest and enjoy the nature and views are incredible. Property is very well treated. Owners are very nice and made our stay even better. Leo (the dog) also made our days happier. This place really exceed our expectations.

I love giving the max rate and this is definetly a 10++++++ stars location! This place is the most amazing accomodation we've had in our travels, around Europe. If you want the real autentic feel of Tuscany, what you've seen in movies, read about, this is it! Cypress trees, vineyard, Tuscany hills, classic tenuta house, pool, terraces, silence, the views... The place is conviniently located, on a tiny secluded road from the main one, 50 min to Florence or Siena, 15 min to Arezzo, around 1h15 to the other cities you'll plan to visit. The rooms are better than in pictures, extremely clean, comfortable, all needed toiletries, lots of towels, nothing is missing! The hosts are the best you'll ever want, so friendly and available, with suggestions for everything you can do around, or here (you have a nice presentation video of their activities in the room). Breakfast is yumm, Italian style sweet & sour, plenty to choose from. You can go see the animals, walk around the vineyard, get some bikes for a promenade, picnics, stargazing, horse riding you name it! Too bad we dont have more time to spend here, but we will be back for sure 🤗

There are no words to decribe the beauty of the place, the building itself as well as the surroundings, delicious breakfast, and the hospitality and kindness of the owners. Santiago and Maria made us feel most welcome and helped us so much when we had a problem with our car. Although we only left today, we can't wait to go back!

    The villa happily surprised me with grander garden, wonderful view, and gorgeous architecture. The owner keeps the rustic beauty and puts simple interior decorations to compliment the bone structure. Those arches under the sunshine reminds me the big old palace. I suggest to ask them about restaurants suggestion in advance then book it earlier.
