Both the accommodation and the level of service is absolutely phenomenal. We had an amazing dinner at Die Werf Restaurant which was very tasty and made very good, as well as the hospitality and the wine. And we also had some wine pairing at the cellar door and staff was very nice, very informative about the wine selection and was very friendly.

The nearest airport is Cape Town International, 70 km from the accommodation. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at; not only in Franschhoek, but of all the places I have ever stayed at before. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The farm and surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful, and the location to the town center is perfect. One could stay here in the winter or the summer, due to the indoor fireplace, hot tub and outdoor braai area. I love that it is also very private. Our host was extremely attentive; responding immediately whenever we asked her something. She was very friendly, helpful, and it was clear that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will now be staying here every time that we are in Franschhoek!
