The hotel was excellent with the staff extremely helpful especial praise to the guys parking the car - their service and great helpful manner was outstanding. The breakfast's were the best I have come across and on the day we were leaving early on a trip we had an amazing picinc breakfast made up for us.

The resort is amazing, and the room is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything, including a bidet in the bathroom. The balcony view is enchanting, the pool is clean and elegantly arranged, and the beach seating areas are also comfortable and beautiful. The location is perfect—the resort is close to everything, including a grocery store, the city center, shopping areas, the sea, and the bus station. My stay was wonderful, and all the staff were helpful, friendly, smiling, and very welcoming, which made my stay so enjoyable that I extended it. I am grateful for their cooperation. If I return to Saranda, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it if you want an exceptional, luxurious, and comfortable stay.
