Botanique is a one of a kind experience. The incredible design and ambience of this place is unlike any luxury hotel we have stayed in before. Particular highlights were the spa, and the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are all locally sourced and designed to be a nod to Brazilian cuisine. The tasting menu at Cellar was top notch, creative and better than a lot of haute cuisine for the same price in London. Cocktails are just as excellent. The staff are warm, professional and remember personal touches about your needs. It is clear that the new management is building something very special. Worth every penny!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and it all started with the incredible hosts. Welcoming, charming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we made the most of our time there—they set the bar incredibly high. Daniela, in particular, went above and beyond by meticulously walking us through all the must-visit spots and hidden gems. Her recommendations truly enriched our experience. After we had spent a delightful evening exploring the town center, we returned to the warmest welcome. Daniela invited us into their kitchen and offered us some wonderful tea and delicious homemade cakes that were simply unforgettable. This thoughtful gesture made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. The accommodations were outstanding. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, ensuring restful nights. And those views—absolutely breathtaking! The walk to the main part of town was pleasant and manageable, adding to the convenience. Plus, the hosts provided an exceptional complimentary drop-off and pick-up service to and from the town center. Breakfast was another highlight. With a wide variety of choices, every item was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the sweetest and juiciest mangoes that were part of the spread. The level of service throughout our stay was impeccable; every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay memorable.

Lovely decorated little room (rather like a theatre set) with a fireplace (extra charge for the wood), which was nice because it was rather cold, comfortable bed, with beautiful view of forested mountains from the window (which was rather too small - why not open the whole space? So you can watch the view from lying on the bed? and not only just when you walk over and stand near it...). Tiny bathroom with a shower with good water pressure. Amazing (and expensive) Italian restaurant on the premisses - must eat there. Beautiful charming common areas in a tranquil and gorgeouse surrounding.

Sitting amidst Campos do Jordão mountains, Vila Inglesa is just 3 km from the town centre. WiFi is free and available throughout. Rooms offer air conditioning, heating and a 42'' smart LED TV.

This Hotel and Staff are memorable for all good reasons. Great Service, facilities and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The standard offering of Breakfast was good, but usually have eggs as part of our breakfast. This was no problem at all and swiftly arranged. They even have a complimentary minivan service to take people to the centre of town. Yes it's a small hill, but we enjoyed the exercise.
