This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot recommend it enough. I spent four nights here on a family trip with both my parents (over sixty), and we all felt emotional leaving. Nancy, Elsa, Bonnie, Maggie, Jennie, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience in Beijing. As first-timers in China, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without their incredible support—helping us with navigation, bookings, recommendations, and crisis management when we had issues with our imminent train bookings. The breakfast is delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal, offering an authentic old Beijing feel with so much character, yet it remains quaint and peaceful. It’s also quite central and well-connected by subway. The rooms are on the smaller side but exceptionally well-designed, with every possible amenity provided, including super soft robes and velvety slippers. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between sleek and cozy. I am SO glad that we chose this over more generic chain hotels. I absolutely adored this place and will be recommending it to everyone. Thank you, team, for everything you did to make this trip so special for us. Beijing will forever hold a place in our hearts!

Great hotel with options for children, e.g. play area and library, rooftop swimming pool, etc. The provision of washing machine and dryer is especially useful. Nice selection of China and Western options for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Traveling with children often means last-minute requests and staff went above and beyond with our requests, including booking a last-minute van to the Great Wall. Hotel is centrally located with short cab rides to Wangfujing, Forbidden City, etc. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood to stroll around. Rooftop lounge has incredible views of the city!

I went there with my older sister for the transit to Dalian. The hotel is located opposite 798 art street which is a good area for taking a walk and sightseeing. Inside the room is so fabulous and so stylist which I really love the design. Under the hotel, it has an Australian's style café you can try it.

This is one of my best stays in any hotels. I came to this hotel with my kids and it was very family friendly hotel. They had shampoo for kids, slippers for kids and much more. The hotel is excellent in communicating with us thoughout our stays. Even we lost one dress and they communicating with us. The hotel is connected with China World Mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is beautifully decorated, there are some exhibitions in the hall. The staff is friendly even if they do not speak English they are always trying to help. The breakfast is amazing, there is a large choice with Asian, continental and healthy type of food, very high quality, freshly made. The location is perfect, easy access to all main attractions of Beijing via the metro or with a short and cheap taxi ride.
