Excellent hotel, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful, sorted out parking for us and made our stay very stress free.

locations is very near to Alhambra Palace, so can reach there by walk (about 15 min) it's located at hill, so overview to city is excellent. we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset - so beautiful. Hotel room is very clean and amenity is very luxurious (Guerlain brand), and free coffee capsule is also very good. Breakfast was very good. they provide many kinds of food (salad, ham and cheez, bread, fruit and yogurt) it is worth to eating.

Right from our first encounter at reception, all the staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean, and everywhere smelled nice! We were particularly impressed with the breakfast offer. Breakfast was very well managed, and there was an air of calm efficiency throughout. The food choices were fabulous, and it was so nice to see a chef on hand to cook food fresh! We chose this hotel because of its location within walking distance of the GenesisCare clinic in Hospital La Inmaculada, but would stay again for any visit to the city. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

A stunning hotel in a very central location. We were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful surprise. The suite was beautiful and overlooked the courtyard. The breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff.
