Brilliant hotel! Beautiful communal areas and a lovely room with far-reaching views of the city. All the amenities you could ask for in the room, very comfortable bed. Excellent staff who couldn't have been more courteous and helpful (Vincent in the restaurant was particularly kind and welcoming). Delicious food in the bar and restaurant. A new favourite hotel - will be back again soon for certain.

Have stayed at this apartment hotel a few times . All the rooms are very comfortable and clean . Staff are friendly . Very close to train station. Lovely welcome pack of snacks and breakfast items .

The apartment was perfect, with so much attention to detail. It’s in a great spot for exploring the city center and nearby areas. The kitchen had everything we needed—wine glasses, teacups, and all the utensils you could want. The bed was super comfortable, and the heating kept the place cozy, which made it feel even more like home.

We had an exceptional overnight stay! Everything was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The showers worked perfectly with great water pressure, and the pool area was super cosy and relaxing. Paula, our host, was absolutely lovely and so friendly — she really made us feel welcome. There is a little book with all the info and tips about nearby restaurants and places to visit. I found it very helpful. Irene is a great host she explained everything, she was patient, friendly and generally nice.

The staff were so friendly and hard working. The food was delicious - even a wide veggie and vegan selection. The shower, bed, were very good quality. The location is wonderful with great walks and views. Harrogate is close by for a nice day out.
