Beautiful hotel and spacious rooms. Great bars and restaurants and the staff were exceptional. It had great views and was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Agios Nicholis. Michalis who works at the Pool Bar was so friendly and helpful, he made us so welcome.

right from the entrance to the hotel I was greeted nicely, the reception staff behaved very nicely, they explained very nicely about all the conditions in the room and the hotel. The staff at the restaurant behaved exceptionally, the food and drinks very good.

very kind staff! Despina at the reception, George at the Beach, Ilona at the bar - all became like family to us during the stay. Special request like dark curtain in living room where our kid was staying were accomodated immediately. Also free spa vouchers were given to us - very smart and thoughtful! Cannot wish for more.

We stayed at the Porto Elounda Golf & Spa Resort as a family of 4 (kids aged 8 and 11), and really enjoying their Premium Junior Suite with Shared Pool. The suite was brand new, with a spacious layout, luxury bathroom, and a terrace that opened directly to a serene semi-private pool, overlooking the beautiful bay Included breakfast each morning was great, freshly squeezed juices, hot/cold selections, pastries and fruits Dinner brought loads choices across the resort's restaurants, but we selected the half-board buffet: delicious, new choice each evening, and convenient with kids. Staff were incredibly attentive, and the sunset ambiance was magical.

the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

The service was wonderful the staff so friendly and nothing was a bother. Our suite was really special and led onto the beach.We had use of the Six Senses Spa which was amazing.The weather was not as hot or sunny as we would have liked but that’s in the lap of the gods.     The setting is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable - the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in BBC any hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ability to split time between see and really cool pool was great. Overall while this wasn’t the highest luxury (we wouldn’t have wanted that) it was luxurious and special.

    A totally amazing and fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the location was breathtaking, and the services and facilities were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a waterfall suite, arrived on Saturday and didn't leave the room until Wednesday - because we were just enjoying the private pool, the room service food was delicious, and housekeeping catered to our lazy few days.

    Everything was amazing! We had all in and enjoyed it a lot Veeeeery good food in taverna. Breakfast buffet is superbe Buffet in the evening is not on the level of the restaurants It is better then other 5 star hotels
