We loved the Explorers theming! A pure magical stay in probably one of the best Disney hotels ever made. The Lobby is gorgeous, sone rooms have sea views and there is theming everywhere in the hotel. Close to Hong Kong Disneyland with a free Shuttle service to the park. The room was spacious, clean, great facilities.

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong was pure excellence. The attention to detail, the elegance of the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of refined luxury made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. A special thank you goes to Priscila Ochoa, who truly went above and beyond. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. 10/10. Bravo to the entire St. Regis team!

Location is very good but the hotel accommodations and the furnitures are very old (seems like an hotel of last century). I was disapointed compare to other 5 stars hotels I am used to.

5 stars welcoming services starts with a line to check in which last around 20 minutes. Rooms are not isolated you can here who cleaners clerk other rooms even the rooms upstairs, not to say all news and movies other residents watching. For NYE fireworks you would need a reservation, being resident of hotel does not give your access to the top floor bar. Hotel worth 3 stars the most

This is my last stay in ICON, because I wouldn't even get a coffee in the morning at green bar down the lobby. I have never experience of this, staying a 5 stars hotel, I can not get a coffee before 11:00am, the staff tell me to go across road to Starbucks to have a coffee, what a joke !
